Commissions

Commissions are embarked upon by mutal consent of Artist and client and any inquires can be made via my contacts page.

I prefer to choose a commission that is close to my current working series in order to preserve the preciousness of artistic working flow. Its helpful then for a prospecive client to be familiar with current work before approaching with a proposal.

Commissioned paintings are driven by lots of investigation into a clients chosen subject, after intense study I paint the emotional vibe I’ve been able to gather from research in to the chosen subject matter. How the painting is then expressed is how I’ve understood the clients wishes. Emotional intuition is key to understanding what the client desires and why they have chosen their subject and this requires a special commitment from me. To preserve the presiousness of flow when creating a body of work commission time slots are usually allocated once a year.
