Seascape
Australia is vast, her beaches from end to end travel to points unseen. I paint the sea because she is powerful, moody, transient, contrary and usually evokes in me a symbiosis of emotion and gratitude. I like to paint how that makes me feel, usually humbled and small against that kind of majesty. My seascapes are painted traditionally with oil paint, linseed oil and gum turpentine applied by brush.
