Fish Disguise, Whale Belly

Oil applied with palette knife inspired by the underwater world. I snorkel off a rock shelf in Fairlight, Sydney Harbour and always feel inspired by how sun light filters through water coupled with the local wild life, schools of fish swim together ahead of me refracting light and as they school together sometimes imitating a larger beast 🙂

Fish Disguise, Whale Belly is part of a series of works that are my interpretation of our underwater world.

50 x 50 cm Palette knifed textured oil on stretched square canvas painted on the sides this canvas is ready to hang.
